In TotalBrokerage, you are able to create multiline check boxes. This allows either an agent or a signer to mark which box is applicable to them without being able to check the other boxes. To start, click on Transactions.
Then click View Transactions.
Under the Documents tab, select which document you would like to work in.
From the Documents tab, select the document that you would like to work in.
When you are in the document, select Add and then Checkbox. This allows you to create a checkbox for your document.
When you are ready to add multiple checkboxes in the same section, you are able to click the + button. This allows multiple checkboxes to be created in one section.
From here, either the agent or the signer is able to choose which box is appropriate for the form. This also prevents either the agent or signer from checking multiple boxes in a section.
