When adding or editing contacts, TotalBrokerage will warn you of possible duplications. These warning will appear as yellow boxes around the information that we believe might be a duplicate and a warning will pop up at the top with the owner of the contact that is being duplicated. This is an optional feature, which the broker has the ability to show potential duplicates or turn off this feature.
As a Brokerage Manager, to turn this feature off, you will go to Setup-Brokerage.
Then select Brokerage. Scroll down to the bottom where it says "Disable Duplicate Checks for Contacts".
Make sure you select save before leaving the page.
