You can resend signature requests in the documents tab of a transaction by clicking on the status "Signatures Requested" or "Partially Signed". These request do not expire until the agent cancels the request.


After clicking on "Signatures Requested" or "Partially Signed", it will bring up a window of the documents you sent in that signature request and an option to resend that signature request. Click Resend to send out a new signature request.



After clicking on Resend, another window will pop up asking what method you want to send out this signature request by. You can choose either send by Email, SMS or Sign on this Device. Each option is shown below.


For the Email option, you can choose which email address you want to resend the signature request to and then press the blue send Email to send out the signature request.



For the SMS option, you can choose which phone number you want to send to and from and then press the blue send SMS to send out the signature request.



For the Sign on this Device option, it will pop up with the signature request after you press the blue "Sign on this Device".
