The MLS Addendum is a report generated using the property information displayed in the MLS. The report includes the listing data as well as all images associated with the listing.
The MLS Addendum is also automatically mapped with fields for Buyer and Seller initials, making it easy to add initials to the document.
This feature is only available if your brokerage is set up to fetch MLS data.
To create a custom MLS Addendum in TotalBrokerage:
- Go to the Property tab.
- Enter the MLS Number.
- Click the Fetch icon to populate the property information.
- Once all the information is filled in, click “Save”.
- Click the Actions menu in the top-right corner.
- Select MLS Data
A pop-up will appear, letting you know that your PDF will be ready in the “Documents” tab when it’s finished processing.
Click Okay.
The MLS report will appear at the top of your documents list.
