Create and Apply a Widget Template - for Brokerage Manager use only


For users with the Brokerage Manager role, you can create a Dashboard Widget Design and apply it to your whole Brokerage, Office, or select Accounts. Creating the widget template for your users allows you to direct the user's attention to the topics you feel are most important. A streamlined set of widgets on each dashboard encourages the user to monitor events, tasks, production, or other milestones that may equate to time savings, increased productivity, and reduced stress.



From the Dashboard, go to Actions > Create Widget Template


Name the Widget and Select the Owner (Brokerage or Office)


After making your choice, click Save  Save


When you see the dashed lines around the Widgets, you can Add Widgets (Actions > Add Widget), resize them, and re-arrange them.


Once satisfied with the Template, click Done 



Save the Widget Template by clicking Yes 




Next, you will apply the Widge Template to the  Accounts.


Go to Setup > Accounts



If the Widget Template is to be applied to ALL Accounts:


Go to the Lower Actions button > Bulk Apply Widget Template





Click Yes

If the Widget Template is to be applied to SELECT Accounts:


Go to Setup > Accounts


Click on the Account Name


From the Actions dropdown  > select Apply Widgets



Use the Dropdown to select the Widget to apply


Check to Lock Widgets (if you want to prevent widgets from being added, resized, or removed)


Click Submit
