To ensure your brokerage's address is accurately reflected in your TotalBrokerage account and on Transaction Summary PDFs, please follow the steps below:


  1. Navigate to SetupBrokerageAddress tab.
  2. Enter the physical address of your brokerage in the provided fields. Click Save.


If you want this address to appear on Transaction Summary PDFs, you can go to Setup → Transactions → General → Select the checkmark Add the Brokerage's Address to the Summary PDF. Click Save on the bottom right of the page.


To include this address on Transaction Summary PDFs:


  1. Go to SetupTransactionsGeneral.
  2. Look for the option titled Add the Brokerage's Address to the Summary PDF and check the box next to it.
  3. Save your changes by clicking the Save button.


Once updated, the new address will appear on the top left corner of the Summary PDFs generated within your transactions. You can create Summary PDFs by going to a transaction, clicking on Actions, and selecting Create Summary PDF. These PDFs can be used as Commission Disbursement Authorizations (CDAs) for title companies for commission disbursements.
