Customize and store essential information like birthdays, license expiry dates, and emergency contact details for your users through User Fields.
1) Navigate to Setup → User Fields
2) Choose the level to configure. For brokerage-wide settings, click on your brokerage name at the top.
3) Click View next to Account Details. A table will appear on the right, showing your current account details.
4) Click + Add Item on the bottom right of the page to add a new detail.
5) On the leftmost text field, enter the name of the detail. Then, select its type.
Types of Account Details:
Date: A single, non-repeating date.
Recurring date: Date with customizable frequency.
Text: Text field.
Number: Numerical field.
Currency: Dollar amount.
Choose One: Single item selection.
Choose Multiple: Multiple item selection.
Phone number: Phone number field.
Additional Options:
Include in Transaction Summary Report: Enables this detail to be included in the Transaction Summary Report for all agents involved. For more info on Transaction Summary Reports, see this.
Show in Agent Bio (Enterprise-only): The detail will appear in the agent's bio, accessible via Intranet → Agent Roster.
Show in Account Profiles: This makes the detail visible to agents within their profile. If off, only administrators will be able to view the detail in Setup → Accounts.
Allow Accounts to Modify from Profile: Allows agents to edit this detail in their own profiles.
Select Save on the bottom right to finalize changes.
