Detailed production reports for each of your agents are available in TotalBrokerage, and can only be accessed by those with Office and Brokerage Manager roles.
Follow these steps to access an agent's detailed production report:
1) Navigate to Setup → Accounts
2) Find and click on the desired agent's name.
3) Proceed to the Production tab.
In the Production tab, you'll find a summary report displaying the number of transactions, gross commission income, net agent income, and sales volume contributed by the agent. To access a more detailed report, click on Open Detailed Report on the right side of the page. This will direct you to the appropriate page within the Reporting module, with the parameters preloaded based on the data from the Production tab. To view the detailed report, click Generate Report on the report page.
Aside from production data, the Production tab also displays Marketing information. This includes the number of emails and texts sent by the agent since the start of the billing cycle, as well as usage data, such as the number of times the agent has logged in, their current login streak, and their longest login streak.
