This guide will walk you through the process of accessing and customizing Full Activity reports for your brokerage's transactions. Only users with the TotalBrokerage Manager role have the ability to view these reports.
Navigate to the Reports Section
To access the Full Activity reports, click on “Reports” and then “Transactions” from your dashboard. Only Managers can view this report.
Select Full Activity Tab
Select Full Activity from the tabs. Here you can run a report that shows the Activities for your brokerage's transactions.
Customize the Report Parameters
You can tailor the report by modifying the following settings:
Start and End Dates: Define the date range for the activities you want to include, based on the creation date of the activity.
Status: Choose which statuses should appear in the report.
Represent: Indicate the represent type (buyer, seller, landlord, or tenant) to include in the report, if applicable. If left blank, the report will contain data for transactions representing all people.
Type: Select which Transaction Types to include, if applicable.
Activity Type: Specify the activity types to include, if applicable.
Activity creator: Choose the agent(s) who created the activity, which may not necessarily be the same as the agent assigned to the transaction.
Generate and View the Report
After setting the desired parameters, click the blue Generate Report button to run the report. You can adjust the number of entries displayed per page by clicking the Show Entries dropdown.
Download the Report as a CSV
To download your customized report as a CSV file, click the CSV button located above the Report table to the right.
