TotalBrokerage allows you to send emails to people within your agent accounts. This applies to Managers and HR Roles.
1) Go to Setup → Accounts and click on the name of an account.
2) Navigate to the Email tab of the account.
3) You can compose a message or use a template. Select Send when you are ready to send the email.
