This feature allows for the managing of bulk actions in your brokerage’s CRM. Managers can now limit the ability of accounts to bulk email, bulk SMS, and add contacts to automations and action plans in bulk. These limits can be configured both on the brokerage level and for specific accounts, allowing you to make exceptions as needed.
In Setup -> Brokerage, you can choose whether to turn off or on the new features within TotalBrokerage. From here, you can simply check or uncheck which features you would like to keep using within TotalBrokerage.
As a TotalBrokerage user, you can also specify which accounts you would like to limit. Go to Setup -> Accounts and click the appropriate account. Under the general page, you can pick and choose how you can limit an agent's account.
