To view the Onboardings for agents in TotalBrokerage, click on “Setup” and then Accounts from your dashboard. Please note that this is an Enterprise and Plus feature only.




Select the agent for which you want to see the onboardings for.



Once you're inside the agent’s information, click the “Onboarding” tab.


You will be able to click on a specific onboarding to view on the left side. You can make a running questionnaire inactive by clicking on the Make Inactive button. You can use the legend to determine the status of the status by the colors.


You can also view completed Questionnaires.


If you have steps to complete you will see this message at the top.
