You should have recieved an email with the subject: "You have a questionnaire to complete".
Open the email and click the box 'Click here to view'.
Click Get Started
The steps for the questionnaire will be listed.
Complete a step and click Next.
To continue, press Next and fill out the questions.
The types of steps are as follows:
- Fill in or confirm information such as your name, email address, mobile phone number, birthday, etc.
- Upload a document such as a copy of your drivers license
- Sign a document
If your brokerage requires you to enter your NAR Member ID, you will be prompted to enter and verify it.

After you are done filling everything out, you will be brought to this page, where you can return to TotalBrokerage or review the items you just completed.
