After navigating to an account pool it will bring you to the general tab which you can use to edit the name and description of the account pool.

You can also deactivate the account pool in the bottom left which will make you unable to add this account pool to a new lead route but it will continue being used by existing lead routes that use this account pool.

Click on the "Accounts" tab at the top to add, edit, or view accounts in this pool.

This is the editor for adding and removing accounts from an account pool.

You can search for accounts by office and name at the top left.

You can add a single account to the pool by clicking the plus icon next to their name or add all accounts in search to the pool by clicking "Add all in search" at the bottom of the page.

In this case I choose to add my entire brokerage to the round robin pool.

For round robin pools you can add timeout to the pool which will make the lead timeout after the specified amount of time. This will pass the lead to the next person in the pool if not claimed within that amount of time.

You can set all timeouts by putting the amount of time in the top right of the page and clicking "Apply". In this case, I applied a timeout of 10 minutes to all accounts.

If you want to change an individuals timeout you can click on the chevron. It will open the following menu.

  • Weight: The weight for an account would be the number of leads they are offered before this account pool will move on to the next person.
  • Timeout: The amount of time the account has to claim the lead after it has been sent to them.

You can change the order of the list by dragging the account up and down the list using the 4 arrow icon and you can remove the account from the list by clicking the red minus.

When you are done editing the account pool be sure to click save at the bottom of the page.
