If you would like to connect your Quickbooks with your TotalBrokerage account, click on “Setup” and then “Brokerage” from your dashboard.

Then, click on the “Quickbooks” tab.

This tab allows you to connect your brokerage to Quickbooks Desktop. To do so, simply click on the green “Connect to Quickbooks Desktop” button.

This will prompt you to create a password which you will use later to connect with TotalBrokerage from your Quickbooks Desktop.

The Quickbooks tab will then show a couple of configuration options. First you will want to click on the green button that says "Download Web Connector File".

After that, boot up Quickbooks Desktop and you should see a window that looks like the image below. Click on "Add an Application". If you have not downloaded the QuickBooks web connector yet please navigate to https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/help-article/install-products/set-quickbooks-web-connector/L4Vp7VI44_US_en_US to download.

Select the file you just downloaded from TotalBrokerage. The following window will come up requesting authorization. Click OK to continue setup.

The next window is asking permission to access the the file you downloaded from TotalBrokerage. Select the option that says "Yes, whenever this QuickBooks company file is open" and click "Continue..." to move on.

TotalBrokerage and Quickbooks desktop are now ready to be connected. The first thing you will need to do is input the password you created in TotalBrokerage to the password section of Quickbooks.

Now select TotalBrokerage by checking off the checkbox to the left and click Update Selected to begin running the web connector. Every time you disconnect the web connector you will need to do this to begin syncing with TotalBrokerage again.

Now that you have connected Quickbooks Desktop and TotalBrokerage you can setup Quickbooks Integration in Totalbrokerage by clicking the blue button that says "Setup Quickbooks Integration".
