To send a mass SMS to a selected group of vendors, click on “CRM” and “View Vendors” from your dashboard.
Once in “View Vendors”, conduct a search. This will limit the SMS to only be sent to the vendors matching your desired criteria. Next, click the Actions menu and select Send SMS. This one was done in the Advance Search and Vendor Type.
On the next page, you will be able to compose a message to send to the vendors. In the editor, you can select details to automatically be replaced when the SMS is sent.
When you have finished composing your message, click the green Check License button to make sure you have enough credits to send this SMS to the group of vendors. Once you are ready, click the blue Send button.
