To use the "Wizard Questions" you first will need to create a "Group(s) located in the "Forms Library" under "Transactions".



Click on any form under name.



Click the drop down to select a group.


Select group, or type into the box to create one and press save.


To create or edit wizard questions, go to “Setup” and then “Transactions” from anywhere in TotalBrokerage.



Go to the tab that says "Wizards Questions".



If you want to view or edit questions for the entire brokerage, simply click on the brokerage name (it will by default be in bold letters) or click View (next to the brokerage name). 





If you want to view or edit question for a particular office; you can either click on the name of the office in the Question Set column, or click "View" to the right of the office you want to edit. 





To create a new question, simply click on the green “+Add Question” button. 





Upon doing so, you will arrive to the Editing Question screen view where by typing into the Text bar, you can create your question. 



Click "+Add Answer, then type the answer to your question. In order to save the question, select the grey "Confirm Changes" button and also select the blue "Save" button after. 






In order to edit existing questions, click on the white "Edit" button to the right of the question to edit the question (which will also allow you to edit answers). 





To delete a question, simply click on the red "Delete" button to the right of a question. 





If you want to change the order of which the questions will appear, you can use the up and down arrows (to the right of the question) to change the order. 





If you want to undo the changes you made to an existing question (before you hit the blue "Save" button), you can select the grey "Discard Changes" button. 




If an option is checked, agents will be able to enter the checked information (property, date, and financial) for a transaction from within the wizard.




Make sure to click “Save” at the bottom when you’re finished.
