Your Contact Capture Email Address is the email address that is used to add your correspondence with a specific contact to TotalBrokerage. To do this, from your Dashboard click “CRM” and then “View Contacts”
When in “View Contact” search for or click on the contact that you wish to communicate with.
Then go into the contacts email tab.
If you look at the middle of the screen towards the top, you’ll see a unique Contact Capture email address. This is a reformatted version of the contact’s regular email address. This new email address allows users to rely on third party software programs such as AOL, Gmail, Comcast, etc.
If you email a contact from a third party email client, use the Contact Capture email address to send the email. Click on the clipboard icon next to the email address to copy it.
Paste the email address into the “To” section of your new email. Once you send this email, any previous correspondence you had with this contact will be transferred into TotalBrokerage.
